Hibdon Tires Plus guarantees it's priced right, fixed right and warranted.
Price Match Guarantee - Tires
This guarantee extends to the Customer, within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, a refund of 200% of the difference between a current locally-advertised lower price on a similar make/model tire and the price of a tire purchased from a Hibdon Tires Plus company-owned store. Customer must provide a current local advertisement. This guarantee excludes clearances, closeouts, catalogs and internet quotes. This refund is not to be combined with any other offer or used to reduce outstanding debt.
Limited Nationwide Service Warranty.
Your Complete Satisfaction is Important to us:
At Hibdon Tires Plus, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the service you received or our nationwide limited warranty, please contact the Manager of the store you visited. You may also contact Customer Retention toll free at 800-440-4167.
Fixed Right Guarantee:
We promise that the services we perform will be fixed right the first time. If the automotive repair or service was performed improperly, then we will re-perform the service at no additional charge to you, during the established warranty period.
On Time Guarantee:
We value your time. If your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised, we will offer a 10% discount on your next purchase (discount cannot exceed $25.00) which is valid at any company-owned Hibdon Tires Plus Store. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service. This discount can not be used to reduce outstanding debt.
What is Warranted and for how long:
Most parts and services purchased at Hibdon Tires Plus are covered by a minimum of twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, with some parts and services carrying a different warranty. Some exclusions may apply; please see details below. Warranties apply to parts installed and service performed on private passenger vehicles. This warranty is valid at company-owned Hibdon Tires Plus locations.
